Ne Kkum PH is a new Cavite based korean shop. We buy at direct stores in Seoul so you can be assured that all albums and merch are authentic and are counted in GAON and/or HANTEO.
We have a scheduled batch preorder (albums & other merch of different artists) every month.

can i modify basic details once order is made?
yes, we accept changes in some details of your order. just fill out the request form for the necessary information regarding your concerns. If your concern is not located in the form, kindly send us a direct message.
do you allow combined shipping for multiple orders?
yes, we allow combined shipping but additional shipping fee may apply depends on the item. simply fill out the request form. or put a note in the order form that you're requesting for a combined shipping with this format:

terms and conditions
1. Placement of order - We prohibit cancellation of items after order has been placed. No Refund shall be imposed on any circumstances stated above. (See refund policy).
2. ETA - Arrival of items here in the Philippines may take about at least 4-6 weeks after ship out from South Korea. Expect any delay due to unforeseen events.
3. Payments - We only secure orders after payment. Payment shall be on its exact amount only. No refund for excess payments. If in any circumstances that a short pay has been made (service fee charged to payment), we shall be responsible of holding your items until payment is settled.
a. Full payment - We accept up-front 100% payment (including local shipping fee).
b. Order's Amount Due - Only the total amount of your order/s should be settled on/before the DOP. Local shipping fee will be computed once the items have arrived in our custody.
c. Downpayment - When choosing downpayment, additional ₱20.00 will be charged. 50% or 70% of the total amount due must be settled first upon placing of order and pay the remaining balance when the item/s is in our custody and ready for local shipping. (See payment details).
d. Late payment - Please be aware and reminded of the DEADLINE OF PAYMENT, if failed to pay on/before the deadline, a fine of ₱30.00 penalty fee will be charged for each day you exceed from the DOP. In case of no payments after 5 days from the DOP, the order will be forfeited and you'll be included in our joy reserver/bogus buyer list. If you wish to have a deadline extension, kindly bring it to the knowledge of Ne Kkum by filling out our request form so we can consider your request.
e. Shipping Fee - Shipping Fee depends on your chosen courier. (Please see shipping rates).
4. Album Pooling - Albums are randomly distributed (unless stated otherwise) so your preferred version is not assured. First payment, first serve (full payment is priority).
5. Liability - We are not responsible for any damages caused by your preferred local courier. And any delay/loss made by the international and local courier, as this is beyond the control us.
6. If you are a minor, please make your guardian informed of this transaction to avoid any disputes.

refund policy
We prohibit cancellation of items after order has been placed. If happens that payment was already made (full payment or down payment), your money will not be refunded anymore unless the item is out of stock.
Customer should pay the exact amount of payment. No refund for excess payments.
If there are damages or some dents on your ordered item due to manufacturing or shipping from S.Korea, the shop will not held liable and no refund or change of item will be allowed. Shipment and courier handling are beyond our control. Note: The outer case is just for protecting goods (scratches and discoloration on the case can not be the reason for exchanging or returning).
Replacement/Refund of item will be allowed in case the items are incomplete or wrong item was delivered. No VIDEO proof, no replacement/no refund. Please take a video while opening your parcel so we can accommodate your situation.
